Sample CLE, LLC is the controller of your personal information or personal data (sometimes referred to herein as “personal information” or “PI”).
You acknowledge that your use of the Site, Applications and/or Services is subject to this Privacy Policy. Personal Information Collected by Sample CLE, LLC

User Comments and other Public Submissions. Some aspects of the Services allow users to submit questions, answers to questions submitted, comments or other content for publication on the Site (“User Comments”). If you choose to submit User Comments, we may publish your name, screen name or such other information that you provide. You may receive an email from us when other users respond to or interact with your User Comments. Please keep in mind before you submit any User Comments that your User Comments as well as any personal information you provide may be available to the public in perpetuity and may appear in third-party search engine results. We do not remove User Comments at the writer’s request.

Children Under Age 13 (under age 16 outside of the United States)
No one under the age of 13 should provide any personally identifiable information to Sample CEL, LLC. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. In the event that we learn that we have collected such information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete this information from our database as quickly as possible. If you believe we have collected any personally identifiable information about anyone under 13, please contact us at support@sampleclellc.com. For users outside of the United States, the provisions of this paragraph apply to children under the age of 16.
State Requirements
Categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months:
- Identifiers: contact details, name, alias, postal address, telephone and mobile contact number, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, and account name.
- Personal information as defined in the California Customer Record, Statute: name, contact information, education, employment, employment history, and financial information.
- Protected Classification Characteristics Under State of Federal Law: gender, age, date of birth, race, and ethnicity, national origin, marital status, and other demographic data.
- Commercial Information: transaction information, purchase history, financial details, and payment information.
- Internet or other similar network activity: browsing history, search history, online behavior, interest, data, and interactions with our and other websites, applications, systems, and advertisements.
- Location Data: device location.
- Professional or employment related information: business contact details in order to provide you our services as a business level or job, title, work history, professional qualifications.
- Inferences drawn from collected personal information: inferences drawn from any of the collected personal information listed above to create a profile or summary.
